These filings include but are not limited to: the Annual Debt Statement, Annual Financial Statement, Annual Budget. NJ Muni Solutions LLC can prepare or support the CFO in preparing these filings.

All municipal governments in New Jersey are required to undergo an annual audit. These audits can be onerous for the inexperienced CFO. Having served as both an auditor and a CFO, Mr. Kelly has a unique perspective on managing the requirements of the annual audit and can assist in resolving audit findings/ issues as they arise.

In the event of staff turnover in the Finance Office, we can provide assistance to the CFO in keeping current with monthly financial reporting requirements, including timely preparation of bank reconciliations, ensuring bills and debt service are paid timely and assisting with payroll postings.
